Chicken tenderloins or drummies cooked slowly in a mixture of vegetables and stock.
1 ¼ lbs/ 550 g chicken tenderloins or drummies
4 -5 Medium potatoes, diced small
4 medium carrots, diced small
1 large chopped onion
2 cups hot water
1 tbsp chicken stock powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
¼ tsp thyme
½ tsp liquid gravy browner (Parisian Browning Essence)
Place layers of potato, carrots, and onion in slow cooker. Place tenderloins or drummies on top of vegetables.
Stir remaining ingredients together in bowl. Pour over chicken. Cover, cook on Low for 9-10 hours or on High for 4 ½ - 5 hours in a crockpot/ slow cooker.
